Can I get some supporty goodness?

Hello, Chris. I've tried everyone's solutions here and I'm stumped. I've never tried Blogg-X but I MUST! It looks so good! Could I also PM you my server information and can you look into it for me? Ummm... noob alert. How do I PM this information?
