Pavel... Can you send me more information via email?  Specifically the site URL, version of Joomla!, and possibly a screenshot of what you mean.  Is the site using a language other than english?  I guess I just need to better understand the problem you are having so I can give you some help.

Edit:  Can you also send the settings.xml file located in the install directory?

Email address is admin at iobinary.com, of course replace the "at" with "@".

Thanks...

chris

Yes, Blog-X should recognize UTF in sections and categories

Did you fixed that ?

Thanks.

Hello,

It seems Blog-X 2.1 not yet work with utf-8 or unicode?

I am working on this... If anyone has a test site that wouldn't mind giving me access to so I can eventually load the test mambot to to perform some testing that would help greatly.  Also please let me know what encoding the site is using.

Changing Blogg-X for internationalization requires alot of modifications to the existing code and I am know starting to perform limited testing using a small application to ensure I have the right implementation before I start modifying Blogg-X.

If you would like to send me account information for your test site, please send it via PM or email.

Thanks...

The same problem with 2.1.1. Blogg-X do not support Cyrillic characters (Windows-1251)! Huh
For example w.bloggar works good with Cyrillic symbols, but didn't support Joomla.

Be glad to setup a test server , A full installation of Joomla 1.0.8 , is it OK?
(is the problem mentioned related to Unicode support of the App. ?!)
Kind Regards,
magj

magj...If it's ok, when we get closer to test on a full site I would be very greatfull if you could send me the information for your test site.  Joomla 1.0.8 would be fine.  I will contact you in the future about this if it's ok.

Thanks....
