I cannot get a new account to verify on either a local WAMP5 installation or a webserver, though I can log onto both with a browser. I have the mambot from the installation directory installed on both.

The mambot is published.

For the server site address, I have tried www.xxxxx.com/joomla/   and www.xxxx.com/      Joomla is still in the testing phase so it is not in the root directory yet.

For the WAMP5 local version,  I have tried      localhost/joomla/   and localhost/ and 127.0.0.1

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
