Server: joomla 1.0.11 , Linux
Desktop: Windows XP SP2
Just downloaded the current version "prog.gif Blogg-X2_12_windows_2_12.exe"
Installed it per the docs, uploaded/installed the mambot in /Program Files/Blogg-x and then published the mambot on Joomla.
Fired up Blog-x 2.12 on my PC and went to tools->Account Settings->Add Site , filled out all the fields. ftp verified but the server won't.
Turned of my PC firewall and it still doesn't work
I installed a Joomla 1.0.12 test site and repeated with the same results.
Looked at the httpd log files and didn't see any requests from my IP address when I try to verify .
Any suggestions?

Is this product dead?
It's a great concept and I would gladly pay for it or support.
Anyone heard from Chris?

Hi! I had the same problem until I download the mambots in the forum click on the quote . Then all settings were verified but I couldn't connect until I create section/category in my new joomla! site. If that can help. Thanks for developping Blog-X! Ouinx2 |
