it cant connect to the site

I put all the info correct. The sitename like www.domain.com the ftp address,password, joomla admin and password but it still not connect to the site. I install the mambot too, I have to publish it or it's the same?
When I click to verify button on the ftp it show me that the user and password are corrects but when I click verify in joomla user e password, nothing appened!
I'm behind a router but i don't think this is a problem....can you help me please?

Same problem here. All fields are correct. FTP verifies. But I get an error dialog:
"There was an error trying to get initial seetings. There are a few possible reasons"

I checked each item and all is correct.

Mac OS X version

***UPDATE ***
I installed the Win version on my XP box with the same issue.

All... Very soon I will be releasing a bugfix version.  Hopefully this will resolve the issues as long as it's not an issue with the server blocking XML-RPC requests.

I update the win app and the mambot too...and...boommm....same problem as usual!
nothing happen when I click verufy in the joomla user verification, and when i caonnect I see the usual error!
