Downloading Error

I still receive the error when trying to download--"for registered users only"--even though I'm registered. This happens in IE and Firefox. I've closed browsers, cleared cookies--done everything mentioned here. Still no luck. Please help.

It's usually an IE cookie error.  Log out of the site, clear cookies from within IE then log in again and you should have access.
