2.13 freeze

2.13 freeze

I installed 2.13, connection is fine, upload new content is OK but the programma freezed at different stages. Restart only possible by CTRL-ALT-DEL and stopped the Blog-X process.
Anyone an idea what's wrong?

Exactly the same issue with the same OS today in a test with a website.

Win XP SP2
