Can't manage to install BLOGG-X mambot on site

I can't manage to install the blogg-x mambot in Joomla , I am always getting the following error :

Failed to create directory ." ./../mambots/blogg-x_2_0/"  when I try to upload & install.

your server is probably working in safe mode

try searching for safe mode and joomla.  They have a history....

It's quite cumbersome to install any plug in on a server with safe mode on.

Also check and make sure your mambot directory is writable and executable by the web server (chmod 755 - check all the boxes except for WRITE - Group & Other.)
