I use Joomla 1.0.8
and I am using arabic as the default language
( Encoding : windows-1256 )
when the blogxx try to connect to the site , the categories and section names are shown in a strange charecters I cannot understand .

also when I try to add content in arabic letters , it is converted to the UTF format

how can I fix that ?
