Blogg-X is a cross platform (OS X, Windows XP, Linux) content management tool for websites based on the Joomla! CMS.  Blogg-X runs locally on your computer as a desktop application.  Utilizing built in WYSIWYG and HTML source editors you can post rich content on your Joomla! site without the use of the web browser.

What does this mean?  How much time does it take to post news on your Joomla! site?  Using Blogg-X there is no need to log into your Joomla! site, no clicking the “Submit News” link...

I am looking for some private beta testers for the future version of Blogg-X. Ideally it would be someone that has a non-production site to test with and has access to phpmyadmin. Also access to some type of VOIP or IM service would be great. Since I develop Blogg-X on my own and in my spare time there wont be any daily builds to deal with but I hope at least one weekly. At this stage I am still working on the GUI design but I commonly become tunnel visioned on a path that may not make the most sense. Having input at an earlier stage will hopefully make things progress faster and provide a better product.

If anyone is interested please email or PM me. I will be creating a private section of the forum for this purpose.

Thanks...

chris
