If you downloaded the Mac version of
Blogg-X 2.12 in the last couple days please redownload the version
on the server and update both the application and the mambot.
Unfortunately I uploaded an old test version on Monday evening
instead of the actual bugfix version. I apoligize for the
inconvienence.
Thanks...

I will be updating the site to the latest Joomla! version sometime tomorrow (24 August) so the site may be down for a short time. I will also be performing updates to the forum software and do some quick database optimization. Hopefully all will go well and most users won't notice the downtime.
Thanks...

Evidently my host was having some issues with my mail server so any emails sent to the iobinary.com domain in the last few days most likely got returned and I did not receive them. All the problems have been resolved and all the email addresses are up and running again.
Thanks...

Does anyone have any suggestions for a new name for Blogg-X? I have been a little concerned that the current name gives the impression that the software is only for Bloggers and that it may be giving the wrong impression of the purpose of the software. Originally it was basically a simple tool for bloggers to use but with the recent versions I believe it has moved beyond that. So this is your chance to help me out and submit new name ideas.
Thanks....

Over the last month or so things have changed a little bit here at iobinary.com. First I would like to welcome Cedric Walter from www.waltercedric.com. Many of you will recognize the name from his comment plugins and modules. Cedric brings some much needed senior level java experience to the project and has been working behind the scenes making tremoundous updates to the Blogg-X codebase. For some additional information on what his changes have accomplished check this link out. We are currently at the stage where bugs are being squashed from the code changes and slowly new features are being added.
I have found that I don't have as much time as I previously did to work on Blogg-X, but with the addition of Cedric hopefully this will have little effect on the users. Also I do actively watch the forums and try to render assistance when possible, but it's been great to see a few instances of members helping each other. I have already started to integrate some of the feature requests that have been made over the last couple months as well.
Would there be any interest among the community for a wiki page to be set up here?
Thanks for your support!!
